Perez Hilton reports that Tara Reid was seen hawking for GoldVish -- "The most exclusive cell phones in the world." (Who recently overtook Vertu of the makers of the world's most ridiculous phones).. Hmm.. most exclusive? And Tara got a phone and WE didn't? We do like that Tara has cleaned herself up a bit, but do we see Tara and think to ourselves.. "hmm.. those phones must be super swanky and well made to be promoted by the likes of Tara Reid." Uh. Yah.

Wow, it must be celebrity playlist day, cuz we just found this post that lists Borat's playlist.. Do we feel bad picturing a gaggle of Kazhakis doing the Macarena at Borat's wife's funeral? Hehe. Ok, maybe a little. We're not really sure if this list is fanboy material or if it comes from Borat himself, but it appears to be appearing all over the web. [found at best week ever]

kevin smith's ipod is too cool for apple

So, Kevin Smith, of Clerks fame, was asked to do one of those Celebrity iTunes Playlists, and well.. apparently, his playlist was a little too wordy for apple.. Instead of just haphazardly tossing a bunch of songs into a playlist with a word or two description in there, Kevin wrote a hilarious explanation of each and every song.. So yah, he was waaaay too wordy to be able to be included in iTunes, which apparently is used to celebs only describing songs with such choice descriptions as "Awesome!" and "Cool!". Anyway... go read his list. Good stuff.

Oh Mischa... how cute you must look, taking a picture of yourself with your fancy little digital camera. It kind of looks like an Olympus FE-190, but we've never seen that camera with a black back.. Then again, she's a "celebrity" and nothing says "celebrity gear" like sending her a black version of a gadget.. Anyway, in reading CNET's review of that camera, we think we found why Mischa has that camera:

The bottom line: If you don't mind the lack of features, Olympus's FE-190 offers pretty pictures and a slim body at a low price.

The folks over at Riya.com have just launched a new shopping site called Like.com... What is this doing here on cgw, you ask? Well, using their photo recognition software, Like.com can pick out what people are wearing in photos, and then sell that thing to you... Hmm.. I'm not really sure that this thing really works that well.. I mean, like yah, when you click on ScarJo's sparkly bracelet, you get a page full of sparkly bracelets.. but, like, that's not exactly what we were looking for. We want ScarJo's sparkly bracelet, not just some random CZ. One thing we don't get though -- if this is based on technology, and not like a room full of monkeys, why can't you just upload your own pictures and have the "technology" pick out the stuff? Cuz, like, there are a ton of "coming soon" celebs on their list of celebrities.. paris loves herself and her sidekick at fashion week

So.. we just found our favorite cgw kid, Paris Hilton.. being incredibly attentive at the Bryant Park during Olympus Fashion week... Hey Paris... why bother going to go to all of these fashion shows if you're just going to sit around and text people? I mean, there's hot chicks parading around maybe 3 feet away from you, at least you could have the common decency to pay attention or at least give them my phone number.. Anyway.. after we found this picture, we did a little more research on Paris' behavior at fashion weeks, and we were super excited to find this video from back in March.. Wow.. Paris sure does love taking pictures of herself. I must say though, her mastery of the sidekick interface is impressive. Maybe she'll make a video or something about it.

He was filming some reality show when he started texting with Britney on his Sidekick 2 (Limited Edition) at around 1:43 in the video... Doh. Sucks to be broked up over SMS.
